Manage shared Work accounts and local environments from the web or your phone through a paired Mac. Complete sign-in and folder selection on that Mac. Both builds require macOS 13 or later and use ad-hoc signatures. They are not Developer ID signed or Apple notarized; the Intel app has not been launched on Intel hardware.
Intel Mac
For a Mac with an Intel processor.
Preparing download information…Find your chip in Apple menu → About This Mac. SkillSync includes its own runtime; no Node installation is needed to launch it. Connecting ChatGPT Work requires the Codex app or CLI on your Mac.
Separate accounts, side by side
Manage connections on their own page and sign into each ChatGPT Work account independently. SkillSync keeps those sessions separate from your normal Codex sign-in.
Control sync from the web
Choose which Work accounts and local folders your Mac shares. Enable web connection management to add, rename, reconnect, or remove connections from the hosted workspace. Your Mac handles queued syncs while the app is open and the required space is unlocked. Scheduled sync comes later.
Unlock for this session
Unlock encrypted cloud archives with your space passphrase. It stays in memory for this app session, with no Keychain storage. Files are decrypted and verified locally. Existing work is preserved; changed snapshots use a new numbered folder.
Install, connect, and sync.
- Quit any older copy of SkillSync. Unzip the download and move OneAll SkillSync.app into Applications, replacing the older app if present.
- Open SkillSync and use Manage connections to add your Work accounts and choose local project or skill folders.
- Connect your OneAll sync server to use cloud spaces. Explicitly enable server access for each local folder you want available from the web or mobile workspace.
- Choose the two locations, select a project or skill, and choose Sync now. Unlock its cloud space when prompted. Dependency setup runs only when you have allowed it for that local connection.
This preview uses ad-hoc signing for app integrity. Apple Developer ID signing and notarization are still separate release steps. Keep macOS security protections enabled.
Existing archives and chat references
Use Manual tools in the workspace, or View → Archive tools, to import or export encrypted .oneall bundles and work with project ZIPs. The manual chat tools can read reference transcripts included in an archive and prepare context for a new Codex conversation.
Native chat histories, account settings, and provider sessions are not recreated from those transcripts. An archive without readable chat references cannot recover missing conversations.
